Family Zone’s Home Visiting program provides support for families with children aged 0-12 years, who have self identified or have been referred by agencies that have identified social isolation, domestic violence, maternal depression, parenting issues, mental health issues or families requiring general support within their community.

Families needing this support initially receive six visits at home from a friendly Family Support Worker, who will be able to provide a source of support and help with service referrals.
