Leading South Australian community services organisation Lutheran Care invites people in the community to live their possibilities with new service, Elcies!
For more than half a century, Lutheran Care has been changing lives and building communities through a range of supports for people in crisis or seeking strategies and skills to improve their lives.
This week, Lutheran Care announced its Elcies service to improve access to Lutheran Care’s professional health and wellbeing supports available to South Australians based in Adelaide and surrounding regions.
elcies – Live your possibilities
Elcies services will include:
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Speech Pathology
- Psychology.
Elcies is the exciting new chapter for Lutheran Care, following the merger of its hugely impactful NDIS-registered disability services branch, Elcies Disability Care, and Good Prospects, the Speech Pathology and Psychology practice Lutheran Care acquired earlier this year.
Lutheran Care Chief Executive Officer Rohan Feegrade was thrilled to announce the new service, which will allow clients to be supported in a more holistic way.
“This is an exciting time for Lutheran Care, our team, clients and our community,” Mr Feegrade said.
“By bringing our disability and allied health services together under the new banner of Elcies, we are building on our solid foundation to create an even more impactful and dynamic service offering, which sees multi practitioner teams together as one team, to which collaboration, learning and best for client practice will be central.”
Elcies Disability Care has experienced rapid growth since launching a few years ago, with the success of our Positive Behaviour Support team and the addition of offering Functional Capacity Assessment services. In addition, clients can now more seamlessly access and benefit from other available services, including Speech Pathology and Psychology and vice versa.
“The trust and reputation of our service and teams is built on best-practice, evidence-based and client-centred supports,” Mr Feegrade added.
“As one multidisciplinary team, our staff will have the opportunity to learn from and be guided by our in-house experts across a range of specialist services, offering excellent opportunities for supervision, mentoring, upskilling and career progression.
“We look forward to continuing to support existing clients and their families and care teams with the highest standards of care we’ve come to be known for, whilst continuing to look at more ways we can positively impact on people’s confidence, communication, health and wellbeing, and help them live their possibilities.”
Lutheran Care’s Head of Public Relations Katrina Ranford expressed enthusiasm about the introduction of the new Elcies brand and identity, while synonymously reflecting the quality that Lutheran Care offers to its clients.
“With its distinct visual identity, the brand remains closely aligned with Lutheran Care, while also establishing its own unique presence” Ms Ranford said.
Ms Ranford highlighted that the transition to the new Elcies brand has already begun, and the organisation is eager to continue rolling it out across various communication channels. This includes social media platforms, websites, external listings and printed marketing materials over the coming weeks.
“This strategic branding initiative underscores Lutheran Care’s commitment to enhancing its visibility, expanding its scope of support and accessibility and ensuring that every individual who seeks our support receives the highest quality of care and assistance,” Ms Ranford said.
Mr Feegrade added the Lutheran Care brand has always been synonymous with person-centred quality services.
“Our commitment to excellence remains steadfast. As we look ahead, our vision for Elcies is one of continued growth as we expand service offering into a comprehensive ‘sister’ service that embodies the same standards of excellence and commitment to our core values and principles,” Mr Feegrade said.
